We do! We work completely remotely. Since 2013. This has to do with our culture of trust. We trust our employees and their enthusiasm for their job. It is therefore not necessary to be present in the office. And if you need it, we'll buy you a Starlink connection.
Regarding working hours, there is only one fixed date for us. This is our daily standup at 9 am (except for workations in a different time zone).
