Disable inactive agents
Does it often happen that when you select a ticket owner, you are shown agents that no longer exist? With this add-on, agents that have been inactive for a longer period of time are automatically detected and set to invalid. The selection list is always up to date.
Via the system configuration you can define after which time agents without activity in the ((OTRS)) Community Edition can be set to invalid. Additionally, exceptions for agents can be configured so that they are not disabled.
Based on the last login, the system then automatically checks on a regular basis which agents need to be deactivated. Alternatively, the function can also be executed manually by administrators on the command line:
