Evaluation workshop

In the evaluation workshop, we present you the ((OTRS)) Community Edition using situational examples and discuss your requirements.
During the workshop, we will jointly develop a preliminary prototype, which can form the basis for later production.
So you can get a real picture of how the software works in daily use.
At the end of the workshop, you will decide whether OTRS meets your requirements and whether you would like to continue with us.
