Through review workshops (recommendation: initially 4 weeks after the go-live - then once a year), we will assist you with any questions about OTRS and open up new potential for you.
You will be accompanied by experienced consultants, who can support in all aspects of the ((OTRS)) Community Edition.

In doing so, the spectrum can vary from the adaptation of work processes to the creation of extended reports, visual adjustments and ranging from complex connections to third-party systems.
